Our Leadership Team

Founded in 2022 by Dr Jack Bedder, Dr Nils Backeberg and Steven Seget , Project Blue has brought together an experienced leadership team to shape its strategy, drive its growth and deliver on its founding vision.

Our leadership team brings together expertise across commodity research, consulting, commercial strategy, finance and technology. Collectively, we have held senior positions at many of the industry's research providers, bringing a first-hand understanding of the commodity intelligence sector.

Our research leadership comprises recognised experts in their respective fields, with decades of combined experience spanning the critical material supply chains we cover.
