We’re looking for an efficient and proactive project manager to join the Consulting team at Project Blue, a leading market intelligence firm at the forefront of critical materials research. The Consulting Engagement Manager plays a dual role in delivering consulting engagements and driving business growth. This position will support in managing consulting projects, ensure high-quality deliverables, and support the firm’s growth strategy through proposals, case studies, and targeted client outreach.

Project Management & Client Delivery
· Manage client projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and project requirements are met.
· Coordinate cross-functional teams and track project performance.
· Ensure all reports and written deliverables meet high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and actionable insight.
Business Development & Proposal Writing
· Draft proposals, RFP responses, and pitch materials.
· Develop case studies, success stories, and other thought leadership content.
· Collaborate with Head of Consulting to identify opportunities for client expansion.
Strategic Growth
· Support targeted business development campaigns and account-based marketing initiatives.
· Contribute to Project Blue’s knowledge base and market intelligence development.
Job Requirements:
· Three to five years of experience in commodity markets, across areas such as fundamental analysis, consulting, technical services, and/or financing or commercial activities.
· Strong English writing skills: proposals, case studies, thought leadership content.
· Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
· Familiarity with CRM tools, project management software, and business analytics a plus.
